  • Can I book a same day appointment?

    Yes, Please be sure to add Same-day appointment fee in the add-on menu when scheduling your service.

  • When should I inform stylist i’m unable to make my appointment?

    24HRS Before scheduled appointment time. Anytime within the 24hr window if appointment is cancelled there will be a $50 charge to next appointment.

  • Are my kids or guest able to come to my appointment?

    Yes, here at Nine 19 Salon we are heavily in support of community. So yes, your kids are welcome to come with you to your appointment. As far as extra guests are concerned, 1 guest can attend your appointment with you unless otherwise discussed with stylist.

  • What should I do when I arrive to my appointment?

    Once you reach the suite please kindly call your stylist and she will let you in.

  • Does Nine 19 Salon offer Treatments?

    Yes, we offer a wide range of treatments. Please be sure to add any treatment of your choice to your service on the add-on menu.
