Salon & Booking Policies

Nine 19 Salon Requires a deposit $25 Deposit for all appointments if not otherwise discussed.

!!! DEPOSITS FOR ALL APPOINMENTS ARE NON-REFUNABLE !!!

Appointments are not held!

Deposits are transferable if rescheduling within week of initial scheduled appointment, anything past a week you will lose your deposit and will be required to pay another deposit when booking next appointment.

For Salon safety if you are not feeling well please reschedule your appointment. We completely understand that life happens to us all. However if you do come to your appointment sick your appointment will be cancelled.

At Nine 19 Salon we accept Zelle, Applepay or Cash as the forms of payment. We also accept Card with a 5% service fee.

Please Note that although Nine 19 Salon is a community driven salon due to limited space we can only accept 1 extra guest with you during your appointment. However mothers are allowed to bring their children.

Appointments may be cancelled or moved up to 24 hours before scheduled time.  

All Appointments are Non-Refundable !!!

Late Policy - After 15 MINUTES Appointment will be cancelled. We totally understand that life events happen, however after 15 minutes you are now cutting into another clients appointment.

Day Of Cancellation- 50% of Scheduled service is due before able to book again.
